thank you for booking a stay in our apartment 🏠🏝️. Please find information useful before your journey below.
🗺️ Before the trip
Before the trip, we will need a few things from you:
- Pay a deposit of 150 EUR to the account for creating a reservation for your date
- Know your flight number so that the accommodation manager who will hand over the apartment to you knows when to expect you
🗓️ One week before arrival
We will contact you a week before your arrival, we will pass on the contact to the manager who will do check-in and check-out with you.
👨💼 Accommodation manager
The accommodation manager will check-in/check-out with you and will be available on site in case of problems.

🛬 Check-in
On the day of arrival, at the agreed time, the manager will be waiting for you at the apartment and will hand you the keys, show you the accommodation and collect a deposit for any damages. At the same time, the guest pays the remaining amount to be paid, either in cash to the manager or, after agreement, by bank transfer. At the same time, the manager will take a photo of the ID of at least one of the guests.
Check-in is possible after 3 p.m., or by arrangement.
🛫 Check-out
On the day of your departure, the manager will collect the keys from you at the agreed time and return the deposit after checking the apartment.
Check-out must be done by 10:00, or by arrangement.
💰 Deposit
EUR 150 is collected from guests to cover any damages. It is paid in cash during check-in and if everything is in order, it is returned at check-out.
🤝 Individual agreement
If the check-in or check-out times or other points do not suit you, write to us and we will do everything to meet your needs.
